WAITSFIELD RESTAURANT: Prep Assistant
American Flatbread Kitchen is seeking an experienced guru with a passion for connecting the cycle from seed to table and pasture to plate.  The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of culinary principles and techniques, excellent knife skills, a “can do” attitude, willingness to work in a team oriented environment and make a long term commitment. MIDDLEBURY RESTAURANT: Saturday Night Dishwasher
Our restaurnt rocks and it wouldn't be possible without a dishwasher on board.
