American Flatbread partners with Rustic Crust to offer frozen flatbreads nationwide!


In the Mad River Valley, American Flatbread makes its home at Lareau Farm, one of the very first farms in Waitsfield, established in 1794. The crew bakes flatbreads destined for grocery stores Monday-Thursday. We convert the space into a restaurant each Friday and Saturday night for public dining. American Flatbread in Middlebury joined the thriving business community in the historic Marble Works district, an old marble quarry now functioning as a business hub in the community. We opened this bakery in the Marble Works in June, 2002. American Flatbread at the Marble Works opens as an informal restaurant Tuesdays thru Saturdays.
