An estimated 139,860 people in the United States will be diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma in 2009. New cases of leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma account for 9.5 percent of the 1,479,350 new cancer cases diagnosed in the United States this year
Every ten minutes, someone dies from a blood cancer. This statistic represents nearly 146 people each day, or more than six people every hour.

1^st Course: Housemade olive and roasted red pepper tapenade in an endive leaf.

2^nd Course: Avocado salad with organic red onion, toasted walnuts, on top of a bed of sweet and spicy greens dressed with a citrus vinaigrette.

Paring: Small Craft Warning Uber Pils

3^rd Course: 2 Flatbreads
Spicy Meatball Flatbread - Local farm Fields of Athenry beef meatballs with a spicy putanesca sauce, caramelized onions, all natural mozzarella, and herbs

Roasted Fennel and Feta Flatbread - Oven roasted fennel, toasted pine nuts, kale, local feta cheese, all natural mozzarella and lemon zest.
Pairing: Cask of Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale

4^th Course: Chocolate trifle with homemade cookies.
