Licensed bakeries come to fruition through like-minded people interested in reproducing what we do here: bake high-quality pizzas in a wood-fired oven using all natural ingredients (local and organic whenever possible). American Flatbread guides the clay oven building with every licensee and shares recipes with our licensees. We share our knowledge so that they, too, can feed people good food.

BURLINGTON

By popular demand, we have licensed a restaurant in Burlington, Vermont, American Flatbread- Burlington Hearth. Finally, they say! This restaurant offers our breads, fresh out of the oven, every day of the week for lunch and dinner. They also offer tasty homebrews (made onsite), thanks to brewmaster/co-owner Paul Sayler.
