Waitsfield Specials

Each week American Flatbread Restaurants create thoughtfully balanced flatbread specials. The specials highlight the bounty of the season as well as accentuate local specialties and artisan foods.

July 29th, 30th, 31st and August 1st, 2010

 

*Wood Roasted Misty Knoll Chicken, *Vermont Chevre, *Lareau Farm Beets with a Citrus Vinaigrette and *Kingsbury Farm Baby Red Kale.  Chef’s  suggested wine is: Remy Pannier Vouvray.

 

*Hartshorn’s Tomatoes, *Gaylord Farms Patty Pan Squash, *Maple Brook Farms Ricotta and *Basil Parsley Oil. Chef’s suggested wine is: Tiasta Malbec.

Hannah’s special dessert for Thursday and Friday is a Peach Blueberry Cobbler with Cornmeal Biscuits. The special dessert for Saturday and Sunday is Blueberry Buckle with Maple Whipped Cream.
