Since June 1, 2007, the bakers of Ashburn Hearth have been creating Flatbreads with primo ingredients from the Loudoun County area and discovering an amazing network of farmers, artisan cheese makers, and local meat producers in the neighborhood! Have the New Virginia Sausage (same recipe as the New Vermont Sausage, but made with Virginia pork) or try one of Meghan's specials!

County.
Our sister bakery on the other side of the green mountains produces
